When you love someone you work very hard,
You try to do everything you can,
You work hard,
Try your very best.
But why?
Why should I have to work at anything?
If it is love should it not be unconditional?
Why can't you love me unconditionally?

I looked past all your faults,

It was simply a charade.
You masked all of your emotions,
Showing only those most desirable,
